The Japan Foundation, New Delhi invites you to the Japanese Cuisine Workshop – Nabe.

 

What is Nabe?

Nabe(hot pot) is a common Japanese dish, traditionally meant to be shared among a group of people

The broth and ingredients are not fixed and can be both vegetarian or non-vegetarian to suit one’s tastes.

Being a hot broth-based dish, it is ideal for winter but you can also enjoy it the whole year round.

 

Common misconceptions about Japanese Food:

1.       Too expensive

2.       Always non-vegetarian

3.       Too hard to cook

4.       Too simple in taste or bland
