Eligibility
1. Those whose ages are between 20-60 years.
2. Those who have JLPT N3 or above.
3. Those who have BA in any subject.

Note: It is an application qualification, but only those who have acquired N3 or more at the time of application.
In other words, the application deadline is June 30th, so people who will receive JLPTN3 on July 7, 2019, are not eligible.
