The Japan Foundation (JF), in partnership with the Australian Institute of International Affairs (AIIA, headquartered in Canberra), is pleased to announce the implementation of a one-year program titled the “Indo-Pacific Cooperation Network”. This initiative aims to provide comprehensive training and networking opportunities for emerging researchers and practitioners, with a focus on the theme of Disaster Resilience.
Participants will take part in three on-site training sessions over the course of one year (each lasting about one week in Japan, Australia, and Pacific Island), while also conducting individual or small-group research and engaging in online discussions. Through this process, the program aims to foster strong networks and promote collaborative group projects as well as individual outcome-based initiatives. The program will be conducted in English.
AIIA will host an online information session (in English) on the following date. Interested individuals are encouraged to participate.
