Okinawa Ki Hawa ~performance~

The Japan Foundation New Delhi will organize Performance featuring Okinawan culture in September 2019. One of the most renowned singers in Japan, Kazufumi Miyazawa and 2 young emerging Sanshin (Okinawan string instrument) players, whose names are HIKARI and Narise Arakaki, will bring Okinawan folk music. In addition, 5 players from Ryukyukoku Matsuri Daiko (Okinawan Drum Team) will show the dynamic drumming performance. It is first performance in India by these artists.
